2024 Orientation

Napa Valley CanDo’s 2024 Give!Guide is gearing up for another impactful fundraising season, and we invite everyone to join us.

Last year, thanks to the generosity of our community, we achieved a record-breaking amount in donations. This year, our goal is to not only surpass that milestone but also to increase the number of donors who contribute to our fundraiser. We will be taking donations from November 15 to December 31.

The kickoff party will be on November 14, to start the fundraising campaign with enthusiasm and excitement.

If you represent a nonprofit organization interested in being featured in this year’s Give!Guide, mark your calendars for our mandatory Orientation meetings on May 30. We understand that each organization has its unique needs and experiences, which is why we’re offering separate sessions for Newbies (those who have never been in the Guide, those who haven’t been in for a few years or those who have new personnel heading the effort) and Veterans (have been the the Guide in the past few years).

The Newbies session will run from 10:30 AM to Noon, followed by the Veterans session from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, both conducted via Zoom. Attending one of these meetings is mandatory if you wish to apply to participate in the 2024 Guide. You can attend both if you would like.

Applications will be available on the CanDoGiveGuide.org website from June 1 through June 28, after which they will be sent for review by the selection committee.

For any inquiries, please contact NancyFireman@gmail.com or call 707-226-7458.

Together, let’s make the 2024 Give!Guide even more impactful and empowering for our community. Your support and involvement are integral to our success.
