IIBA is the largest non profit provider of high-quality, low-cost immigration legal services in Northern California. In 2013, the Napa Valley Community Foundation (NVCF) invited IIBA to open an office and lead an initiative to provide legal assistance to residents eligible for citizenship. We have since celebrated more than 1,500 new citizens.
