Napa Valley Community Housing
What We Do:
We Believe! Everyone Needs a Home. By providing safe, clean and affordable homes for 40+ years, we’ve transformed the lives of 10,000+ children, families, seniors and farmworkers. Our residents are the workforce for local businesses and resident children attend our schools – ensuring a healthy and vibrant community for all.
In addition to providing clean, safe, affordable homes, our Resident Services provides support in health, wellness, financial education and COVID information for 1700+ residents.
In 2021, NVCH purchased a 6-unit complex in St. Helena to preserve workforce housing, secured approval to build 77 affordable units in Napa and our Home Sharing program continues to match Home Seekers with Home Providers.
Through the years, with local knowledge and expertise, we’ve developed 900+ affordable units, including supportive housing for those in recovery, escaping abuse or struggling with mental health issues.
We provide multiple solutions to Napa’s housing crisis. Please join us!
