HILARY ZUNIN CanDo SPIRIT AWARD

This application has two parts, one for the nonprofit employer (nominator) and one for the employee (nominee). Both must be submitted online by Friday, October 4th.

Nominating an employee for this award presents a beautiful opportunity to let one of your young staff members recognize how much you value their contributions.

Please consider talking about the application with your nominee as part of the process.

Since its inception in 2013, the CanDo Spirit Award has been generously sponsored by the Napa Valley Vintners. The winner receives a plaque and a check for $1000.00.

Now named the Hilary Zunin CanDo Spirit Award to honor the late co-founder, this award is part of CanDo’s Napa Valley Give!Guide campaign. It was conceived to celebrate exceptional work performed by one young, full-time employee working in the Napa County nonprofit sector.

Every nonprofit agency in Napa County is eligible to nominate one outstanding employee, whether they’re involved in CanDo’s Napa Give!Guide 2024 or not.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nominees must be age 35 or younger as of November 1, 2024. They must be employed full-time. Full-time is defined as working for a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving Napa County for at least 25 hours per week for one year.

If you have any special needs that require an alternative method to this application process, please contact us at Camille@nvcando.org
