Our Town St. Helena

Our Town St Helena (OTSH) is one of a few organizations in St Helena that provides affordable housing for vital community members so as to retain and enhance the character and vitality of our community.

We look for creative solutions to secure land, build new and preserve existing housing at affordable levels. We also help educate our community about the importance of maintaining diverse and thriving neighborhoods.

Our Brenkle Court project, completed this year with a grand opening celebration in August, is an eight-unit townhome development, built by the income-qualified families under the guidance of a professional construction manager. These are first-time homeowners who have been renters in St Helena. Our next project will be the addition of 9 rental units on two residential parcels, for which we hope to break ground in 2023. We also have a longer term, 50-unit (estimated ) project in the pipeline.
