How We Impact the Community

The Tug McGraw Foundation offers wellness programs for the 600 residents at the Yountville Veterans Home of California—with the goal to improve and enhance the quality of life for this community. Each program is designed to improve the participants physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual health.

We work to create sustainable programs around exercise, healthy eating, and socialization. In turn, these programs create a community support system that helps participants’ achieve their wellness goals.

Our programs include:

·         Tug McGraw Brain Food Garden (https://www.tugmcgraw.org/brain-food-garden)

·         Tug McGraw Mixed Nutts Softball Program at Borman Field (https://www.tugmcgraw.org/mixed-nutts-softball)

·         Tug McGraw Creative Brain Program (https://www.tugmcgraw.org/creative-brain-program)
