Innovations Community Center, created by On the Move Bay Area, is Napa’s only peer-led wellness hub, created by people who’ve lived through trauma, navigated mental health systems, and transformed their recovery into leadership.

Co-created by peers and mental health professionals through a grassroots project to imagine something different, ICC is a space where those seeking help can also find belonging. Healing here is relational, creative, and cultural. We don’t offer cold, clinical care. We offer recovery groups, expressive arts, wellness workshops, and leadership pathways.

What makes ICC unique is our staff. Many first came for their own healing and found connection, purpose, and community- so they stayed. They became volunteers, then peer leaders, and now coordinate the programs that once helped them. The people providing care are the people who’ve lived it, and that’s the power of ICC.

Last year, 632 people came through our doors. But what we measure isn’t numbers, it’s moments of courage, connection, and hope. We’re not just a program, we’re a movement, and a home, for healing.
