Sharpsteen Museum of Calistoga History
$5,286 raised from 35 donations

How We Impact the Community
Our museum brings local history alive for both residents and visitors to the Napa Valley. Open 363 days per year, we provide a no-cost, family-friendly addition to the food, wine and wellness experiences for which our area is famous. An extensive permanent collection, changing special
exhibits, meet-the-author events and history-centered lectures are all provided, free of charge.
We provide docent-guided tours to dozens of school classes and senior groups annually, give local history orientation to new employees of resorts and wineries, and assist with research inquiries from historians and authors. We also collect, restore, preserve and exhibit the artifacts that tell the stories of Napa Valley’s past.
