Providence Alzheimer’s Resource Center (formerly Collabria Care)

With the help of donors like you, we cared for over 6,000 community members through all of our programs in 2024. As Napa County’s designated Alzheimer’s Resource Center, we are committed to ensuring that individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia receive the compassionate, specialized care they need. At our Center, we provide a safe, supportive environment, offering therapeutic activities, personalized nursing care, and social engagement to help participants stay active and connected.

Just as vital is our support for caregivers—often family members—who face the emotional and physical demands of caring for a loved one with dementia. We offer respite services, professionally led support groups, and educational workshops that provide tools, resources, and a sense of community.

These services not only improve quality of life for those living with dementia but also help caregivers feel more confident and less isolated. Together we preserve dignity, promote independence, and strengthen the circle of care for individuals and families affected by dementia in our community.
