We cultivate a thriving Napa Valley by supporting the people and places that make our largest industry possible. Our work centers on two critical areas: protecting Napa’s agricultural heritage and environment, and uplifting and educating the workforce that sustains it.

Through education, advocacy, and community connection, we help over 600 local grape growers farm responsibly and preserve Napa’s natural resources for future generations. Our robust educational programs, developed alongside industry experts, provide nearly 20,000 hours of training annually. We cover topics ranging from vineyard technology and safety seminars to next-generation leadership development.
